Fancy another challenge?
If you thought the Pub to Pub was fun, well, next month we have the very first DIrty Docker event here in Lancefield!
On Saturday 12th October, it starts with a 4-6km Cross Country Run. Followed by a cyclo-cross event.
We will be having live music, a DJ and of course, a Bar with beer and wine being served! It’s going to be a fun festival, so come down for a run a ride or just to absorb the atmosphere!
Many will be camping the night of a Sunday morning, we will kick off the premier event and ride the best gravel roads up through the Cobaw Forest!
Pub to Pub is the ideal way to shake off winter and start your spring on the right foot!
Whether you are a serious or occasional runner, whether you want to come with friends or family, or even if you need a personal goal to get you through winter, then the Pub to Pub in Lancefield has something for you.
The event itself is based around the Federation Trail, a safe, car free trail that runs between the quaint towns of Romsey and Lancefield, nestled at the foot of the Macedon Ranges. The Pub to Pub aims to allow you to join the dots by foot; either walking with friends, jogging with family or even going full biscuit!
We have multiple formats for the event; all of which will give you the opportunity to get in some exercise followed by a post-run beer and BBQ at the Lancefield Hotel.
The Junior Bolt is a 1.5km run for the youngsters, while we have two options for the full event:
The Pub to Pub - a 7.5km course starting from the 1860 Romsey to the Lancefield Hotel along the Federation Trail
The Pub to PUB to Pub - a 15km course from the Lancefield Hotel along the Federation Trail to 1860 Romsey and back again
However you choose to tackle the run the pub will be waiting for you on your return, with some great beers and fantastic food to get you on the path to recovery!
At just an hour's drive from Melbourne, Lancefield is the ideal getaway for the day - or the weekend, and the Pub to Pub is sure to give you the ideal goal to get going towards the summer!
