Talking Luft is back for another week & I’m chatting with British pro Hannah Barnes, who rides for Canyon-SRAM.
In true Talking Luft style we chat a bit of life outside of the peloton & the good things in life. As you can see, Hannah runs some sensational Luft in her cap so I was keen to get her take.
We chat cap style, training loops, her favourite bikes, the perfect G&T and an intriguing back story into the design of her favourite kit of all time.
I had Hannah over on The Cycling Podcast last week hearing about her story growing up in the UK and how she got into cycling and the World Tour. It was a great listen if you haven’t heard it already head over and jump into it.
But for now enjoy this episode of Talking Luft!
I also wanted to say thanks to everyone who got behind our LITP x COIS Road Worlds’ Collection. It’s been awesome to see how many of you loved it. Don’t forget – the pre-order for the Worlds’ Tshirt closes this Friday 1st Oct, so be sure to head across to get yours.
Cheers,
Mitch

Theme Music
The theme music for Life in the Peloton was composed by Pete Shelley, who was lead singer of the punk band Buzzcocks. It was commissioned by the production company behind Channel 4’s coverage of the Tour de France in the 1980s and was used as the theme music for the nightly highlights show. Pete died in December 2018. We were given permission by Pete’s widow and his manager to continue using the music for the theme tune to Life in the Peloton. To hear more about the music, listen to the Andre Greipel episode of Life in the Peloton.
