Talking Luft! with Ashleigh Moolman Pasio. S2.E13.
Today I’m Talking Luft with Ashleigh Moolman Pasio, a South African Pro riding for Team SD Worx.
I had Ashleigh on the podcast last week over at The Cycling Podcast chatting all things Olympics, her path to the World Tour and her Girona project – Rocacorba Cycling – named after her favourite climb, of which she recently smashed the QOM. Jump over and have a listen if you haven’t already!
As always with Talking Luft, we’re chatting a bit of life outside of racing. We talk cap style, bikes, training loops, coffee stops, brownies and a gnarly Strade Bianchi war story, plus a whole lot more!
This was fun to record, I hope you enjoy the listen.
The pod is taking a break during the Vuelta a España but it’ll be back shortly after with more great episodes.
For now enjoy this Talking Luft with Ashleigh!

The theme music for Life in the Peloton was composed by Pete Shelley, who was lead singer of the punk band Buzzcocks. It was commissioned by the production company behind Channel 4’s coverage of the Tour de France in the 1980s and was used as the theme music for the nightly highlights show. Pete died in December 2018. We were given permission by Pete’s widow and his manager to continue using the music for the theme tune to Life in the Peloton. To hear more about the music, listen to the Andre Greipel episode of Life in the Peloton.
