Following on from our episode last week at The Cycling Podcast, this week I’m Talking Luft with Danish pro cyclist and teammate at EF Education-Nippo, Magnus Cort Nielsen.
In case you missed our chat last week, I heard the story of how Magnus made his way from an island off Denmark to make waves in the World Tour; going on to win stages at the Tour de France and Vuelta a España.
This episode we sit back and chat cap style, coffee stops under 5 mins, Coca Cola, training loops and a Roubaix war story that perfect sums up the race.
It’s was a fun one to record so I hope you enjoy the listen.
I also mention in this episode that it’s the final days of our limited release Doom Line Tshirt. If you’ve been meaning to grab one, be sure to head over to our Online shop before this Friday 30th July.
Stay tuned next week to The Cycling Podcast for my on-road diary from my recent bike packing trip; riding the length of Sweden.
For now, enjoy this Talking Luft with Magnus.
Cheers,
Mitch

Theme Music
The theme music for Life in the Peloton was composed by Pete Shelley, who was lead singer of the punk band Buzzcocks. It was commissioned by the production company behind Channel 4’s coverage of the Tour de France in the 1980s and was used as the theme music for the nightly highlights show. Pete died in December 2018. We were given permission by Pete’s widow and his manager to continue using the music for the theme tune to Life in the Peloton. To hear more about the music, listen to the Andre Greipel episode of Life in the Peloton.
